Equipment overview
  - Device to measure the outer diameter of high-temperature ring products produced by ring mill

Key Features
  - Handling rings with regular forklifts
  - No need to match ring center with facility center
  - Measures the outer diameter of various areas of the             ring product

Principle of measurement
  - Rotate the ring one turn to obtain the angle (θ) and            radius (r).
  - Using the three polar coordinates (θ, r), you can get the
     coordinates and radius of the center of the circle by
     mathematically

‌‌Sizing  Facility

Equipment overview
  - Correction of defects such as outer diameter dimension
     difference, eccentricity and rippling of ring products
     produced in ring mill.

How it Works
  - Can be operated by general forklift operator using
     remote control
  - Automate all processes of ring loading, sizing, and
    unloading
  - Sizing of finished ring products in the ring mill without
    reheating
  - Reduction of machining allowance of ring forging
